Dear nature lover, please take a moment to read our return policy:

Sometimes a piece of clothing doesn't turn out the way you want it to. Unfortunately, for economic reasons, it is not possible to store every design in every size. Therefore, the products are printed individually after each order. Due to the large number of product variants, these often cannot be resold. Please take this into account when placing your order, as this can avoid returns and protect the environment. You should therefore only order something if you really want the product. If you are unsure about the size, our size chart in the product description can help you decide or you can contact us in advance.

To process your request, please contact us by email within 7 working days of receipt: info@naturexplorers.de or use the contact form.
So that we can help you quickly, please always state your request, your full name, email address, order number and affected items.

Exchange goods: We know that sometimes something doesn't fit the way you want it to. If the item you ordered doesn't fit, you can of course return it within 14 days of receipt. However, we would like to ask you to check the size chart again carefully before ordering and compare it with an item of clothing you own. As you know, we produce your new favorite item especially for you and do not have any stock items. If you exchange the size, a completely new product will be produced and you will have to place a new order (the buyer will have to pay the additional shipping costs).

Register a return: the notification must be made within 14 days of delivery. Personalized or customized goods are excluded from this and cannot be returned.

Attention: Please do not send the goods back to the address in the imprint/contact, as returns cannot be processed there. Unfortunately, unannounced returns cannot be taken back.

We only accept unworn and unwashed goods. Avoid damaging or soiling the goods and please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage. Otherwise, the items will be returned to you at your expense after the incoming goods inspection and the purchase price will not be refunded.

Report a faulty or defective item : If there is a problem with your order (e.g. item defective, print incorrect, print coming off, etc.) please describe the problem in detail in the contact form and document it in advance with pictures. We will then contact you with information on further steps and will certainly find a satisfactory solution for you.

Please understand that the shipping costs for a return are to be borne by the buyer.
